Punch Deck Open Area Rack Decking
DACS, inc. introduces Punch Deck to the
material handling industry. This brand new product is a morphing of 2 proven rack shelving standards: corrugated steel deck and wire decking panels.
The 1 1/2" high, corrugated "B" profile Punch Deck combines the strength, functionality and economy of the familiar solid offering with an open surface area created by a series of large flanged holes (50% open area for common rack sizes). This feature allows penetration of air, light and most importantly, sprinkler water outflow. Punch Deck® provides a uniform flat storage surface that is free of raised protrusions for easy product placement & retrieval. It is available in 3 different gauge thicknesses to meet most typical loading requirements.
With no obstructive front waterfall, labels and
bar codes are clearly visible on the rack beam face.
It can be used with standard pallet rack as well as cantilever rack.

The bright, galvanized finish reflects available light, brightening up any warehouse environment. A powder coated finish is also available in a variety of colors, ideal for retail point-of-purchase displays. Other suitable applications include storage of hand loaded boxes, bagged goods, garment and cloth items, archive boxes, carpeting, furniture, slip sheeted product and full pallet loads.
